The 2025 theme is Collaborating with Machines. As Al tools continue to evolve, they’re changing how we research, write, review, localize, and scale content.
We’re not looking for every talk to be about Al-but we do ask each speaker to reflect on how artificial intelligence, automation, or machine-assisted processes relate to their topic, even if in a supporting or speculative role.
Whether you’re excited about the tools, skeptical about the risks, or simply curious about what’s ahead-we want your perspective
Please select the track(s) your proposal best fits. You may choose up to two.
Tools, workflows, writing environments, automation, managing structured content, and building documentation systems from the ground up.
API documentation, SDKs, docs-as-code, DevRel, cross-functional collaboration with
engineers, and feedback loops from developer users.
Metrics, analytics, content experiments, governance, and measuring business impact through
documentation and support content.
UX writing, content design, accessibility, inclusive language, localization, and the power of
microcopy in product experiences.
Knowledge management, internal documentation, onboarding, training, internal comms, and
building global-ready content ecosystems.
- Practical, experience-based talks with real examples, tools, or strategies
- Presenters from all levels—new speakers are welcome, and support is available
- Diverse voices, industries, tools, and approaches
- Reflections (even brief ones) on the role of AI in your topic
- Each session is 1 hour: 30–45 minutes of content + 15 minutes of live Q&A
- Hosted via Zoom and recorded for attendees
- Speakers receive free admission and professional branding material for social media
- All talks must follow the W.O.R.D. Method (Why, Outcome, Reality, Doable) to create a unified structure that enhance user experience
